Touch solidifies position as market leader for compliance recording services
GuardREC Compliance and Touch Call Recording Group joined forces in summer 2023, solidifying Touch's position as the market leader for compliance recording services. Touch acquired 100% of the shares of GuardREC Compliance and the two entities have been merged.
GuardREC Compliance as a service will continue to be available and supported for existing customers, but will no longer be delivered to new customers.
All new customers will be offered the comprehensive and robust Touch Call Recording Service.
