As a part of this strategic alliance, Touch has acquired 100% of the shares at GuardREC Compliance AS. With Touch’s strong presence across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Singapore, as well as other parts of Europe and Asia, this alliance represents a perfect complement to GuardREC's extensive customer base in Scandinavia.
