Touch Call Recording is pleased to announce that we have expanded our ISO quality accreditations and certification, strengthening our overall quality systems - and confirming our leading position as a compliance and call recording provider.

Touch Call Recording is excited to announce another key milestone on our growth journey with the addition of further ISO quality control accreditation. Touch’s network-based call recording integrates with over 50 channels, including mobile and fixed voice calls, chat, MS Teams, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Genesys, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and many others. We were the first company to offer call-recording-as-a-service in Europe over 14 years ago.

Our solution is secure, compliant, and ready for integration with your communications channels. Touch already has an ISO 27001-accredited information security system throughout our security, storage, and network. ISO 27001 is the accepted global benchmark for the effective management of information assets and protects our customers from the devastating effects of data and security breaches.

It means that our customers can rest assured that we can protect their data in line with regulatory requirements such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) in the EU, MiFID and MiFID II in the financial industry, and legal, contractual, and other international regulatory requirements.
